| Our Goals |
By working with teachers and students and supportive businesses in our area, we at Newspaper In Education (NIE) hope to not only increase literacy, but to enliven and enrich the classroom environment. This aim is achieved through the delivery of Record newspapers and related curriculum materials to schools, as well as through teacher-training and other special educational presentations.
When schools are financially restricted in terms of purchasing newspapers and related tools, we match businesses with schools with limited resources so that they can have access to what is needed.
